The Role

We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations at Resilient Privacy. As CFO, you will be responsible for driving financial planning, risk management, investor relations, and strategic decision-making. This role is central to ensuring fiscal discipline while enabling growth in a fast-scaling cybersecurity startup.

What You’ll Work On

• Strategy & FP&A: Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting; build rolling forecasts and scenario models. Own ARR/MRR, gross margin, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn, burn multiple, payback, cohort analyses.
• Capital Strategy: Drive fundraising (equity/debt), investor relations, board reporting, and capitalization planning.
• Revenue & Pricing: Partner with Sales/Product on pricing & packaging, discount policy, multi-year/enterprise deals, and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Controllership & Compliance: Own GL, AP/AR, payroll, tax, audits; implement controls (GAAP, SOX readiness), procurements, and vendor risk from a finance lens.
• Operations: Establish finance tech stack (ERP, BI), quote-to-cash, spend management, and unit-economics visibility by product/segment.
• Risk & Treasury: Cash management, runway, working capital, FX, insurance, and enterprise risk registers.
• M&A: Evaluate build/buy/partner, diligence, integration

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in finance leadership (CFO/VP Finance/Controller) in SaaS/cybersecurity or high-growth tech.
• Proven fundraising and investor relations experience; track record with boards.
• Deep command of SaaS metrics, ASC 606/GAAP, audits, and internal controls.
